We are really excited to deliver a new series of articles based on wellbeing at work. It's so important to be aware of good mental health and what that looks like for each of us. Also it's a reminder that our state of mind at work is hugely influenced by how we feel outside of work - and vice versa. We are the sum of every part of the life we live. Just Audit has wellbeing at the top of its priorities. We have a dedicated mental health first aider and we make sure the whole team enjoys a healthy life-work balance (we say it that way round on purpose).
