“Our audit experience with Just Audit was so refreshing” said Christine Ronan, Director at Daines Kapp Insurance Brokers in Ware, Herfordshire. “We worked with David Fletcher who took the time to really understand our business and the processes we employ. It was evident that he was taking a genuine interest; he made time to look into things properly; and he kept us informed every step of the way.”
It was clear to Christine that this was a more rigorous audit than they had previously experienced which she found reassuring. “There were many questions, a lot of documentation and several conversations over the course of a few weeks” explained Christine, “but I didn’t mind any of it because I knew the quality of our audit was exceptionally high and that this was a learning curve that would stand us in good stead for the future.” She observed that the communications were all justified, without any unnecessary questions or requests.
David was familiar with the Acturis system used by Daines Kapp which allowed him to follow working processes to be able to complete the client money audits.

In fact it was good to have confirmation that I was doing things correctly” she concluded.
